This Eqyptian series of adverts epitomizes what is possible in the MENA region as it surges to worldwide fame and acclaim.

In each installment, as Buddy Holly's "True Love Ways" plays, the cuddly mascot confronts someone--a man in a hospital gown, a father and son shopping for groceries, a cook in a restaurant kitchen--with the audacity to "say no" to the company's cheese. Isaiah Mustafa – the star of the ad is filmed during a single uninterrupted take that transitions, with minimal computer-generated imagery (CGI),from a bathroom to a sailboat to Mustafa riding a horse reciting a quick monologue about how "anything is possible" if a man uses Old Spice.

In June 2010 it won the Grand Prix for film at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival[5] and in July 2010 the ad won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Commercial. Subsequent to the release of the "Questions" Old Spice commercial, a YouTube campaign featured Mustafa reprising the same character and responding to over 100 YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Reddit comments in a series of brief videos.
