Effective Saudisation: Recruiting And Managing Saudi
Nationals As A Key Source Of Talent

Timings: Registration for the workshop will commence at 08:00. It will begin at 08:30 with refreshments being served at appropriate times. The day will conclude at 14:30 after which lunch will be served.

Overview
As the economy grows and demand for high quality labour soars, Saudi Nationals (as in other GCC countries) represent a real source of strategic talent. From the Kingdom’s perspective, it is imperative that Saudi nationals take leadership roles in driving growth and that high employment levels are achieved in worthwhile occupations. Saudisation is not, therefore, simply a social programme aimed at employment for Saudi nationals. It is a strategically important weapon for organisations and the Kingdom in the fight for effectiveness and global competitiveness. Based on extensive research, Professor Scott-Jackson will explore and explain the range of strategies adopted by leading organisations to effectively recruit and manage Saudi Nationals for maximum effect. After the workshop, the participants will be able to design an effective Saudisation Programme, based on leading edge examples, appropriate to their type and size of organisation.
