Peter Garnett is currently Managing Director of Anova Insite Limited, a specialist procurement, supply chain and change management consultancy. Peter has 30 years experience in leading the procurement and supply functions of major global organisations in the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors.
During the last eight years as a senior consultant, Peter has led substantial procurement and supply chain improvement programmes for international, blue chip organisations in the public, private and not for profit sectors.
Peter has personally specialised in determining and assessing behavioural capability in procurement and supply chain people. He has developed unique, web-based processes for this purpose. Peter is retained to advise global organisations upon the selection, development and organisation of individuals and teams, with his assessment programmes successfully used in 47 different countries.
