Duncan Waddell Chairman Corporate Real Estate Committee, Property Council of Australia Duncan WaddellDuncan is one of Australia’s leading authorities in the profession of facilities and property management. He has over thirty years of international management experience. Throughout his career it has been evident to him that there are considerable opportunities and benefits to organisations that invest resources in assets through the application of facility management tools and techniques. Extensive national and international research has resulted in the development of his unique insight into global facility management requirements. Duncan is Managing Director of FM Intelligence Pty Ltd and responsible for providing a wide range of business solutions for clients. One of his key skills is as a facilitator, combining people, operations and facilities with strategic corporate needs and objectives. Duncan has worked with a wide range of clients including National Bank of Australia, Shell, University of Sydney, Drake International, IBM, Emarat, Nakheel, Emaar, and Al Hokair. He is the Chairman of the Corporate Real Estate Committee, Property Council of Australia, a past Chairman and a Life Member of the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMAA), a professional member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA USA) and a Board Member of the International Society of Facility Executives (MIT USA). He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
