Course Requirements and Certificates
Delegates must meet two criteria to be eligible for an IIRME/GW Certificate of Completion for a course:
1. Satisfactory attendance – delegates must attend all sessions of the course. Delegates who miss more than 2 hours
of the course sessions will not be eligible to sit the course assessment.
2. Successful completion of the course assessment.
Delegates who do not meet these criteria will receive an IIRME Certificate of Attendance. If delegates have not attended all sessions, the Certificate will clearly state the number of hours attended.

Course Overview
During this course you will explore the structure and processes of project financing and the affect of risk on decision making. You will examine the key success factors and learn how application of correct tools and techniques can set the scene for success. You will gain a clear understanding of up to the minute theories and systems for project financing and develop your own set of tools and techniques for decision making and assessment within your own organisation. This course has been specifically designed to highlight the importance of accurate assessment and identification of project opportunities.

This course has been specifically designed to include presentation, practical exercises and highly interactive group sessions.
Course Timings
Registration will be at 07:30 on Day One. The course will commence promptly at 08:00 on each day and conclude at 15:30. There will be breaks for refreshments and lunch at appropriate intervals
