Rowena is an experienced business consultant, facilitator and coach across all business sectors working both in the UK and internationally. With a background in learning and development, Rowena has held senior consultancy roles with two major training companies and has broad experience of working with international groups.
Rowena’s client base ranges from public sector organisations in the UK such as DWP (the Department of Work and Pensions), JobcentrePlus and PITO (the Police Information Technology Organisation) to private sector organisations such as Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals, TomTom and Vodafone. Rowena has expertise in personal and management development, training teams and individuals in a broad range of subjects to inspire performance, create better working practices and to improve skills. She is an accredited coach and is CIPD qualified with a certificate in training practice.
In 2007, Rowena was a finalist in the UK’s World of Learning Awards for her outstanding contribution to the training industry.
