Without the help of IIR Managed Events, event planning can be confusing and costly. IIR Managed Events will charge according to the time, resources, manpower, experience, scope of works and the type of event you require.
We will undertake the selection of appropriate suppliers and advise you on options and choices for a variety of services and products throughout your project. IIR Managed Events has a list of tried and trusted suppliers for the services and products required throughout any project (such as AV suppliers, printers, signage companies, gift providers etc).
To maximise the effectiveness of your event budget, we do not include any direct event expenses (such as the production of invitations or marketing literature production, stage sets, gifts etc) within our fees thus allowing you to choose and select the appropriate standard of services or product you require. This effectively means that you remain in control of your event budget and can divert expenditure to exactly the areas you wish within the event.
To further maximise your event budget and ensure complete transparency, invoices for all additional event products and services are sent to you directly and not subject to the usual industry mark-up and additions.
