An Award nomination is made by simply completing the entry forms available below and submitting this with the appropriate supporting materials. The deadline date for receiving this initial submission form is: Friday 9 September, 2011.
What must be included in Your Entry?

2. Award Submission
An outline of the reasons why the nominee deserves to be recognised with an ISEM Award, highlighting any relevant, unique or outstanding characteristics based on the key criteria for the Award category entered.
In Word document or PDF or Power Point and up to 1,000 words. –you can use your headed paper or blank paper
The 500- 1000 word synopsis outlines details of the project, highlighting the following:

d) Current status of development |
| b) Technical details |
e) Market potential & competitive advantage |
| c) Innovativeness & Usefulness |
f) anything else you may wish to add (i.e. facts & figures) |
** please note the above are just a guide to what needs to be included. It may vary according to each category
3. A brief biography (for individual awards) or company profile (for organisational awards). In Word document or PDF and up to 300 words
4. Supporting material which you feel best validates your nomination. This must be provided in powerpoint format via email. Examples include: financial results, press clippings, campaign examples, testimonials, presentations, video etc. This should be presented on a maximum of 10 PowerPoint slides
This must not exceed 5 items and 3MB and is separate from the above 2 documents.

Submission Deadline
Please note all submissions and supporting materials need to be submitted and reach the Awards Coordinator at the address below before 6pm, Friday 9th September, 2011. Submissions made after this date will not be accepted.
