When will the Award winners be announced?
The International Sports Event Management Awards culminate in a Gala Awards Dinner on Wednesday 12 October, 2011. Over 300 international sports event management professionals and VIP special guests will gather to celebrate and recognise the accomplishments of the industry. Gala dinner tickets are available. |

What are the criteria for entering the Awards?
Any company, organisation, city, federation, organising committee or individual that meets the criteria for entry and has contributed to a major sports event between 1 August 2010 and 31 August 2011 is eligible to enter. |

There is no cost to entering an Award. |

Can I enter more than one Award?
Companies or individuals may enter more than one category provided that each entry has been specifically written to address the relevant criteria and is accompanied by a separate entry form. |

What happens if I have confidential information that I wish to submit in my Awards entry?
We recognise and respect the sensitive nature of the information submitted in the entries. Entries are not disclosed or discussed outside the judging process. We do not publish the names of companies, organisations or individuals that have not been shortlisted nor will we reproduce any information from your entry without prior permission. Therefore if you enter the Awards, but are not successful, this will remain confidential.
In addition, entrants may mark any commercially sensitive information contained in their entry as ‘not for publication’.
All entries and supporting material supplied for the judging process will be used solely for the purpose of the Awards and will be destroyed after the Awards presentation.
The organisers reserve the right to use information contained in the winning entries (apart from any content marked not for publication) for subsequent publicity, promotions and other activities relating to the Awards. |
