Drawing on research with Fortune’s Most Admired Companies and Loyola University in Chicago, you will learn about how the most successful companies use total reward thinking to create competitive advantage in today’s knowledge-driven economies. Peter will draw on his experience of working with organisations in the Middle East, Europe and North America to identify the critical issues that need to be addressed when developing a total reward framework, balancing the needs of the company with those of employees.

Using case study material from leading organisations, he will explain the commitment that is required from across the organisation to ensure effective implementation of programmes and the maximisation of returns from the investment in total reward. You will be provided with practical models as well as pointers to enable the lessons learned to be applied in your own organisations.

Expert Instructor:
Peter Christie is the Director of Executive Reward for Hay Group in the UK and Middle East. In this role, he advises organisations on the design and implementation of total remuneration packages for senior executives, including Board members. Peter has over 15 year consulting experience, gained initially with Towers Perrin and subsequently with Ernst and Young and Watson Wyatt before joining Hay Group in 2005. Peter holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
