Professor Fons Trompenaars “HR And The Spirit Of Diversity And Innovation” Diversity enhances creativity and innovation. Creativity, flexibility, energy and innovation create success. These kinds of abilities and skills are not found in homogenous, uniform teams, but in those that are rich in multiple perspectives, skills and experiences.
Professor Fons Trompenaars will show how a winning team is made up of individuals who can demonstrate different strengths and, in fact if a team does not embrace these different strengths, then it will not have the important dynamics to move forward and innovate. Outstanding talent comes in all different shapes, sizes, colours, orientations and convictions, and we know that such diverse talents are exactly what you are looking for.
Professor Trompenaars will show how to make culture work for your business. Captivating and thoughtprovoking in his presentation style and backed by rigorous research, Trompenaars has contributed many breakthrough ideas on the deeper understanding and reconciliation of inter and intra-cultural diversity, creativity and innovation.
During This Session You Will Learn How To: • Deal with cross-cultural challenges and dilemmas • Embrace an evolving innovation culture • Adopt new approaches to make leaders, teams and your business more sustainable in these ‘whirlwind’ times
For 20 years, Professor Trompenaars has been interviewing leaders around the world, conducting seminars and advising their companies.
