IIR CTS In House Training

We all know that the HR function creates both strategic and tactical policies relating to employees. You need to make sure these policies are professionally developed. They address the vision and more importantly the mission of your organisation which can only be achieved through your employees.

IIRME’s course leading to the “Certificate In HR Policies And Procedures” emphasises the value of the skills and expertise to create fair, easy-to-understand HR policies and procedures and an up-to-date HR policy manual. Take this unique opportunity to learn how to achieve buy-in from your line managers, share and discuss your organisational needs, review your existing HR policies, and amend and update your policies.

  • Do you have the skills you need to ensure that your HR policies and procedures are up-to-date?
  • Are you current with the latest trends in HR policies and procedures?
  • Do you have an in-depth understanding of writing and managing HR policies and procedures?
  • Do you know how to design and implement an HR manual that communicates your policies?

Your Course Director Robert Mosley is widely recognised as one of the leading global experts in HR management. He has developed this course using the latest information he has gleaned from working and researching as a consultant specifically in the GCC and as an HR practitioner.
