Richard Minogue
Richard Minogue, BSc Accounting, CPA, CIA has worked for more than 30 years in and with financial management, internal audit, forensic audit and management consulting. He was awarded the prestigious William S Smith Certificate of Excellence in 2004 by the Institute of Internal Auditors. He has been much involved in business ethics and integrity work, both as Head of Audit for Ericsson, as Managing Director of Hibis Scandinavia AB, and currently as a Partner in Septia group.
Recent investigation experience includes suspected money laundering, bribery, embezzlement and fraud. Richard Minogue in recent years prepared the forensic accounting evidence for a major embezzlement case in Switzerland involving shell companies in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and South America. In another recent case in the Middle East, Richard Minogue was responsible for forensic audit work at a privately owned bank.
Richard Minogue has conducted integrity training sessions for top management and for factory floor employees, and many groups in between in English, Swedish, French and Spanish. He is also sought after as a speaker on the subjects of fraud and corruption, and has lectured in Europe, Asia, the Americas North and South and in the Middle East.
