3. Use the Business Excellence Matrix approach to develop an Enabler Map for your organisation
4. Use self-assessment as an improvement tool and learn how to interpret assessment feedback reports

6. Identify and address root causes of improvement areas by using the DMAIC approach, and supporting improvement tools
