Course Overview
This programme provides exposure to advanced HRM concepts, knowledge and skills and has been developed by highly qualified authors with extensive research, teaching and consultancy experience in HRM, including experience in this region.
HRM in the GCC region continues to evolve. The trend away from operational personnel management to strategic HR is gathering pace in the GCC, and HR professionals in many organisations are demonstrating their value as true business partners and claiming their place on the Board. To help you face the challenges that these changes bring, we have introduced this course which covers a range of complex issues – issues we considered to be beyond the scope of our introductory course, Human Resource Management in the GCC.
