Documents you need to enter!

1. Fill in your personal details
2. Award submission - Select up to 3 categories (maximum) your company could be the best in*
3. Summarise key achievements, reasons why you have entered including proven examples answering the category criteria mentioned here (maximum of 250 words)*
4. A brief company profile (maximum of 250 words)*
5. Name one company you personally consider as the best in customer experience for People’s Choice Award
6. Supporting material which you feel best validates your entries (provided by email – examples: testimonials, presentations, surveys...) This must not exceed 5 items and 3MB.

Judging process:

• All information provided will be treated confidentially and independently by the members of the Judging Panel and not made public in any way
• IIR ME is an independent organiser and does not control final results
• Entry deadline: 8th March, all nominees will be notified mid-April as to whether they have been successful in the shortlist
