For the first time IIR Middle East is delivering a Ramadan training programme.

Credit And Debt Collection And Control is taking place in Dubai on Sunday, 15 August at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Dubai.

This workshop is focused on international best practice concepts using the trainer’s extensive experience within collections management in the Middle East region. His approach will ensure you return to your work environment with a clear understanding of the concepts and practical implications of best practice collections strategy, operations and monitoring for effective collections. Furthermore, the lively debate and interaction between delegates and presenters guarantee an enjoyable yet valuable learning experience

The workshop will run for just four hours (from 09.00 – 13.00 with registration at 08.30), and will explore major challenges faced by most finance departments when it comes to understanding the complex task of credit and debt collection in the current climate.
