The Dubai Human Resources Forum was founded in the mid 1970’s by a number of enthusiastic HR Managers who were keen to network, share experiences and seek continuous professional development. Today the forum has over 400 members representing over 150 companies from most business sectors across the Emirates. The DHRF is a group of HR professionals, the majority of whom are based in Dubai, who work together to promote knowledge, encourage continuous professional development and best practices and to network with fellow professionals. 15-20 meetings are held during the year on topics of interest and relevance to HR professionals with presentations, discussions and workshops from international and local speakers.
