Course Requirements and Certificates
Delegates must meet two criteria to be eligible for an IIRME/GW Certificate of Completion for a course:

  1. Satisfactory attendance – delegates must attend all sessions of the course. Delegates who miss more than 2 hours of the course sessions will not be eligible to sit the course assessment
  2. Successful completion of the course assessment

Delegates who do not meet these criteria will receive an IIRME Certificate of Attendance. If delegates have not attended all sessions, the Certificate will clearly state the number of hours attended.

Course Introduction
The focus on advanced business process analysis, mapping and modelling as an organisational discipline has grown rapidly. It makes sense that business process management is moving to the forefront of executive agendas because processes are the foundation of any organisation. Business processes influence all of your organisation’s key performance objectives – including customer service, financial performance, compliance, productivity, and competitive advantage. How well these processes are executed ultimately determines the success or failure of your organisation

New types of processes and process issues are emerging constantly, creating a daunting task for most process projects. Whether the projects are for basic improvements or a complete enterprise transformation, understanding process analysis and mapping is the start of the process path. During a project you can encounter process types you are not familiar with or large numbers of processes that challenge project schedules.

The course provides in-depth working knowledge of the more contemporary process flows, the technology emerging to implement those flows and the assessment techniques for enterprise scale projects.

The course includes extensive exercises that you can use as reference for advanced techniques. Examples of workflow and analytic modelling tools are provided through demonstration. Related issues such as inference models, reference model analytics, package model analytics and inferred impact are covered.
