Overview The Balanced Scorecard Strategy Map is a powerful tool for organisations around the world. The Strategy Map guides users through the process of developing strategic initiatives and measures, and mapping them helps to show the alignment of your organisations’ objectives.
This process allows everyone in the organisation to understand and see that the organisation is “putting their money where their mouth is.” Mapping Strategy with the Balanced Scorecard will enable you to conduct effective strategic planning in your organisation the day you step back in the office. This session will introduce to you the potential of the Balanced Scorecard Strategy Map as the foundation of a “Strategy Focused Organisation.”

Who Should Attend? Managers responsible for designing and deploying a Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard. Second in the series, this seminar should be taken when the strategy has been created and a BSC is desired. This seminar is also taken to improve an existing BSC development.

About Your Expert Workshop Leader Jacki McCartney is the International Development Director for Syat in the UK & UAE. Jacki worked for a number of years with the inventors of the Balanced Scorecard, Kaplan and Norton as European Director with responsibility for training and development, whilst leading and project managing a range of Balanced Scorecard projects. Her consultancy client list and project experience of almost 100 Scorecard projects, covers a wide range of market sectors, including telecoms, financial services, construction, power and retail. |
