Sustainable Process Innovation
Everyday smart people can innovate, and the activity is made easier when we are given the tools to deliver it in a consistent and predictable (sustainable) fashion. This seminar teaches what innovation really is and how to use the raw material imbedded within the process itself to drive innovation; even to the point of finding many different innovative shapes the process could possibly take.
