Steve is a Chemical Engineer by qualification and has more than 30 years’ experience in the oil and petrochemical industry gained from his career with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), through Cargo Fleet Chemical Company to Leigh Progressive Technical Services, where he was Managing Director.
He is currently senior partner of Bro Nant International, a British consultancy providing training, trouble shooting and project management across a broad spectrum of storage tank and oily sludge related engineering and operational disciplines worldwide.
He was instrumental in the development of the innovative Solv8 crude oil sludge control system and has used his training and experience to develop a range of non manentry tank desludging, sludge processing and on-line sludge management systems. In addition to his International activities, Steve acts as technical consultant to UK companies Willacy Oil Services Ltd and KB Oil Environmental Ltd.
Steve is a member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, the Energy Institute (previously the Institute of Petroleum), the Institute of Wastes Management and the Wales Innovators Network.
