Workshop Outline
Best practice board and management reporting now focuses on providing Directors and Senior Management with the “Measures That Matter (MTM)”.
In this workshop you will develop the MTM for your organisation. Using the MTM findings and in a workshop environment, you will build your MTM framework and detail for your organisation. You will view examples of best practice board and management reporting in a structured workshop and then develop your customised reporting framework and detail. You will learn how to balance financial and non-financial performance indicators and select the ‘magic’ 20 indicators to focus and drive your business.
During this interactive workshop you will review the use of the Balanced Scorecard and the corporate scorecard models and the latest IFAC Enterprise Governance model for assessing the most appropriate board and management reporting frameworks. This workshop will be hands-on and you will apply the principles of best practice board and management reporting to your organisation. You will leave this workshop with a comprehensive insight into how you can apply MTM best practice in your organisation and a toolkit of resources that you can take away and begin applying immediately.
